They were able to address high-rise windows that previous contractors could not (or refused to) reach. We were very pleased and will have them return.
The team at LBM was fantastic – they arrived on time for each day they were scheduled. As this work required rented equipment at our own cost, it was wonderful to see urgency on their end in an effort to mitigate costs.

Everything was great. Scheduling was seamless and access was coordinated by their team – a welcome relief from our usual contractors.
They answered the phone near 2:00am and arrived within an hour to address an emergency flood cleanup. As an FM I appreciate the responsiveness and would highly recommend them.
